Billing questions
How do I pay?
Monthly plans are charged automatically by card via Stripe. Quarterly and yearly plans can also be paid by FPS bank transfer if you prefer not to store a card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with one tap in the dashboard. You will not be charged after the current period. Quarterly and yearly payments are not refunded pro rata, but service continues until the period ends.
Do I get an invoice?
Stripe emails a receipt after every charge. A formal invoice can be downloaded from the dashboard or requested from us.
Is there a lifetime plan?
No. The value is in the ongoing alerts, replies and reports, so we do not sell one-off licences.
What about upgrades and downgrades?
Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. Downgrades apply from the next period.
