How it works

Three steps. Reviews start the day we install.

  1. Google
    01

    We install the stand

We bring the NFC + QR stand to your shop, place it at the counter and link it to your Google Business Profile and other platform buttons.

  2. GoogleGoogle
    02

    Customers tap to review

A phone held near the stand (or scanning the QR) opens your review page with a one-tap Google button. Unhappy customers can message you privately instead.

  3. New reviewAI reply draft1
    03

    You get notified on WhatsApp

New Google reviews are pushed to your WhatsApp with an AI reply draft. The dashboard shows taps, review trends and tourist ratio.

Why a subscription instead of a one-off sticker?

Both get customers to your review page. The difference is what happens next.

Subscription

SwishReview monthly

  • Stand and review page
  • Instant WhatsApp alert for new Google reviews
  • AI replies: auto-post on Google, one-tap copy elsewhere
  • Weekly report
  • Customer voice and tourist insights
  • Change the page anytime
  • Free replacement if the stand breaks
  • Cancel anytime

One-off NFC sticker

  • No alerts
  • No reply tools
  • No reports
  • Nobody fixes a broken link
  • Switching platforms means a new sticker
  • No on-site installation
  • Cheap (one-off)

A sticker is just a link. What actually grows and improves your reviews is the alerts, replies and ongoing adjustments behind it.

Why are customers more willing to review via NFC?

The lower the effort, the more people write.

No searching for your shop

One tap opens your review page. No typing, no scrolling through results.

Done on the spot

At checkout, while waiting or on the way out, not something to remember at home.

No app to install

NFC and QR are handled by the phone itself. Nothing to download.

About 30 seconds

Open, tap the stars, write a line, send. Usually under a minute.

Feels modern

A tap-to-open interaction signals a shop that cares, and customers respond.

Never the wrong shop

The link points straight at your profile, so no picking the wrong name from a list.

The customer experience, before and after

Same customer, same review. The difference is whether they have to go looking.

Before

About 3 to 5 minutes
??
  1. 1Open Google Maps
  2. 2Type the shop name
  3. 3Pick it from similar names
  4. 4Find the reviews tab
  5. 5Write the review

Now

About 30 seconds
  1. 1Tap the stand
  2. 2Review page opens
  3. 3Rate and send

Five steps become three. Customers do not have to remember or find your shop name.

Frequently asked questions

What if a customer's phone has no NFC?

The stand also carries a QR code, so any phone with a camera works. NFC is supported on iPhone 7 and later and most Android phones.

Is this allowed under Google's review policy?

Yes. We do not gate reviews: the page shows both "Leave a review" and "Tell the owner privately", and any customer can review publicly. We never offer discounts or gifts for reviews, which Google prohibits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel before the end of the current period and you will not be charged again. The stand is non-refundable and stays with the shop.

Do reviews on other platforms trigger alerts too?

Only Google offers a review data interface, so new Google reviews are alerted instantly. Openrice, Tripadvisor, Dianping, Xiaohongshu, Meituan, Facebook and Instagram are routing only; you check those numbers yourself.

How long does installation take?

About 30 minutes on site: placing the stand, linking your Google profile and testing alerts.

How are multiple branches priced?

Basic and Pro are per shop. Premium includes up to 3 branches.
